The Recipe Of Steak Is Made From The Meat Of Different Animals, The Meat Is Taken From The Muscle Fibers, Potentially Including A Bone. The Meat For Steak Is Cutted Out Of Many Animals Like, Camel, Goat, Horse, Kangaroo, Sheep, Ostrich, Pigs, Reindeer, Turkey, Deer , Fish, Chicken And Many More . The Idea Of Steak Was Of Mr.Eugene Gagliardi. They Found Its Recipe In The 1960s When They Used To Sell Hamburgers And They Were Worried About There Business Because It Was Not Doing Well. After Inventing This Recipe They Gained Huge Popularity All Over The World. And Now Steaks Are A Very Popular Dish Being Eaten All Over The World.
Recipe: (For Beef Steak)
Ingredients: 2 Pieces Of Beef Steak Meat
For Marination :
1.) 1 tsp Dijon mustard
2.) 1/2 tsp minced garlic (1 large garlic clove)
3.) 1/2 tsp onion powder (or sub with garlic powder)
4.) 1 tbsp soy sauce (Note 2)
5.) 1 tbsp oil (I use olive oil, but any oil is fine)
6.) 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
7.) 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
8.) Black pepper
Method:
Step 1.) Mix Together Mustard, Garlic And Onion Powder.And Then Mix It In The Remaining Ingredients.
Step 2.) Place Beef In A Ziplock Bag Or A Airtight Container With The Marinade And Marinade Overnight (12 To 24 hours).
Step 3.) Remove From The Fridge 30 Minutes Before Cooking To Bring To Room Temperature.Then Shake Off Excess Marinade From It.
Step 4.) Heat Fry Pan (or BBQ) On High Heat Until It Is Really Hot Until You Should See Wisps Of Smoke. Add Oil - And The Oil Will Heat Almost Instantly.
Step 5.) Add Steaks And Cook Them, The First Side For Two Minutes, Then Turn And Cook The Other Side For 2 Minutes For Medium Rare Temprature 52C/125F.
Step 6.) Remove From The Pan Onto A Warm Plate And Cover Loosely With Foil And Set Aside For 5 Minutes.
Step 7.) Serve It With Salad, Sauce Or Any Other Thing You Like With It.
