The Recipe Of Pasta



Today We Are Going To Teach Some Recipes Of Pasta, But Before Starting We Should Know How It Was First Made And Who Were The People Who Made It. The Recipe Of Pasta Was Founded By Marco Polo In The 13th Century , He Introduced It In Italy When He Was Returning From One Of His Trips To China In 1271. But Some People Says That It Was Discovered A Long time Ago In The Ancient Times, Some People of That Time Mixed And Grind Several Cereals And Spices And Mixed Them With Water , And That How Pasta Was Formed. We Don,t Know Exact But All We Know Is Its A Very Beautiful Cuisine And Now It Is Being Made And Being Eaten All Around The World. Now After That Being Said Lets Move On To Some Tasty Pasta Recipes....

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:  
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

  • 6 tbsp mascarpone
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

  • 300g penne
  • 70g mature cheddar, grated
  • 50g grated mozzarella
  • ½ small bunch of parsley, finely chopped

Method:

1) You Have To Heat 2 Tbsp Of The Oil In A Pan Over A Medium heat And Fry The Onion Very Slowly For 10-12 Mins. After That Add The Garlic And Chilli Flakes And Cook It For 1 Min. Put In The Tomatoes And Sugar And Season To Taste. Boil It Gently Uncovered For 20 Mins Or Until Thickened, Then Stir The Mascarpone.

2)  Then Heat 1 tbsp Of Oil In A Non Stick Frying Pan.Then Season Your Chicken And Fry It For About 5-7 Mins Or Until It Is Cooked Through.

3) Heat Your Oven To About 220C/200C . Then Cook The Penne Following Its Pack Instructions.Then Drain Them And Toss It With The Remaining Oil.Then You Will Tip The Pasta In A Medium Size Ovenproof Dish. Stir In The Chicken And Pour Over The Sauce. Top With The Cheddar, Mozzarella And Parsley. Bake For 20 Mins Or Until Golden Brown And Bubbling.
