Recipe:
Ingredients:
1.) 200 grams spaghetti
2.) 1½ cups mutton mince
3.) 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
4.) 1 tablespoon mustard paste
5.) Salt to taste
6.) 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
7.) Crushed black peppercorns to taste
8.) 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder + for garnishing
9.) 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
10.) 1 fresh rosemary sprig
11.) 1 egg
12.) 3 tablespoons olive oil
13.)1 medium onion, finely chopped
14.) 400 grams canned tomato puree
15.) 8-10 fresh basil leaves + for garnishing
Method:
Step 1.) Boil 4 Cups Of Water In A Deep Nonstick Pan.
Step 2.) Mix Mutton Mince,1 Tablespoon Of Garlic, Mustard Paste, Salt, 1 Teaspoon Of Red Chilli Flakes, Crushed Peppercorns, Some Of The Parmesan Powder And Breadcrumbs In A Bowl.
Step 3.) Finely Chop Rosemary And Add It To The Bowl. Then Break An Egg And Add It To The Bowl And Mix Well. Rest It Aside For About 10 Minutes.
Step 4.) Divide The Prepared Mutton Mixture Into Equal Portions And Shape Them Into Balls.
Step 5.) Heat One Tablespoon Olive Oil In A Nonstick Pan, Then Place The Meatballs And Cook Till Half Done.
Step 6.) Add Salt To The Hot Boiling Water Then Add Spaghetti And Cook Till Its Done.
Step 7.) Heat The Remaining Olive Oil In A Nonstick Pan, Then Add Onion And The Remaining Garlic And Sauté It For Half A Minute.After That Add Tomato Puree And Mix It Well. Cook It On Low Heat For 5 to 10 Minutes. Then Add Meatballs And Basil Leaves.
Step 8.) Add The Boiled Spaghetti To The Meatballs Along With Salt, Crushed Peppercorns, The Remaining Red Chilli Flakes And Parmesan Cheese Powder And Mix It Well. Cook Untill The Meatballs Are Properly Done.
Step 9.) Serve It Hot And Garnish It With Basil Leaves And Parmesan Cheese Powder.
